• The rider is responsible for their personal safety, that of their horse and any other people present.

  • Riders must wear personal protective equipment and be suitably dressed when riding, i.e. a correctly fitted and fastened riding hat, up to a current safety standard. The rider’s footwear must be suitable for riding, with a smooth sole. Gloves should be worn.

  • We strongly recommend that when recording videos, a qualified First Aider is present

  • Where fixed video facilities are not available, a third party, aged 18 years or over, should video the session. Care should be taken to ensure a safe ridden environment, and the person videoing should place themselves in a suitably safe location in or outside the arena.

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you have paid for a specific Rider Video Coaching package, it is your responsibility to send videos and book any 1-1 coaching calls, within the timeframe specified on booking.

  • The weekly deadline for video analysis is 9pm on Monday and Thursday night. Any videos submitted after this time will be analysed on the following Tuesday and Friday sessions.

  • You do not need to be present for the coach to analyse video sessions, however 1-1 rider coaching calls are live via Zoom, and you’ll be emailed a specific Zoom meeting link to use for these sessions.

  • Coaching packages must be used within 30 calendar days from payment. Any unused video coaching or 1-1 live rider coaching sessions will not be carried forward, or refunded.

  • For Silver and Gold packages, the online training programme discount is only available during the booked month/30 days.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any video coaching sessions.
