How often do you actually look back and see how far you have come? It’s really easy to get lost in the noise and lose perspective on your journey towards confidence. Start keeping a log/diary/journal of your achievements, so that you can reflect on all the hard work, commitment and positive progress you have made over time. It could be over a week, month or years.  

Your starting point is not important, it’s the process you follow, and the progress you make which matters.
